| Virtual details | The virtual public meeting will be posted to this webpage by 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 23, 2026 and will remain available for viewing through the end of the comment period. It will consist of a pre-recorded video presentation including audio and visual components. The virtual option is not a live broadcast event and the public may view the presentation at their convenience. If you do not have internet access, you may call 806-356-3200 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, to ask questions and access meeting materials. |

| Purpose | TxDOT’s Amarillo District is hosting a public meeting to share information regarding planned intersection reconfigurations along Business I-40 (Amarillo Boulevard) in Potter County. |
| Description | Planned work consists of alterations to the existing median along Business I-40 (Amarillo Boulevard), removing the traditional median crossovers in favor of R-cut intersections with improvements to the safety lighting along the corridor between North Western Street and North McMasters Street. |
