Please note this is not a live event. The materials may be viewed at your convenience. The virtual meeting will consist of a prerecorded video presentation with both audio and visual components. If you do not have internet access, the information will also be available for public review April 13–27, 2026 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. at the TxDOT Amarillo District Office, 5715 Canyon Drive, Amarillo, TX 70110.

The Amarillo District includes Armstrong, Carson, Dallam, Deaf Smith, Gray, Hansford, Hartley, Hemphill, Hutchinson, Lipscomb, Moore, Ochiltree, Oldham, Potter, Randall, Roberts and Sherman counties. The Rural TIP includes both grouped projects and individually listed projects that include added-capacity projects and regionally significant projects to be funded outside of MPO boundary, and within a TxDOT district during the next four years, including those eligible for federal funding. This meeting offers the public an opportunity to review and comment on proposed priorities. The RTIP is the first step on the road to producing the Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP). 

The Rural TIP meeting is being held pursuant to Title 43, Texas Administrative Code, Section 16.102, which calls for an opportunity for public comment concerning the program.
