| Purpose | The purpose of this open house is to provide the community of Tuscola with an update on the current phase of the construction project, upcoming traffic pattern changes, and the ultimate goal for this project once completed. |
| Location details | Tuesday, Aug. 11, 2026 City of Tuscola - City Hall Attendees will be able to come and go as they please to learn more about the current phase of construction and ask questions of staff. |
| Project description | The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) Abilene District is working to improve mobility and safety at the US 83/84 Y-Intersection, and from US 83 north of Tuscola to the Y-Intersection. |
| Accessibility | The in-person open house will be conducted in English. If you need an interpreter or document translator because English is not your primary language or you have difficulty communicating effectively in English, one will be provided to you. If you have a disability and need assistance, special arrangements can be made to accommodate most needs.
