Purpose: The Texas Department of Transportation invites you to a public workshop on the I-35 Planning and Environmental Linkages studies. This is your opportunity learn more about the I-35 studies, talk with project staff about the studies, and give input on transportation needs and potential improvements along I-35 in San Antonio.
 
Description: The I-35 Planning and Environmental Linkage studies, or PELs, are the preliminary steps in examining future improvements for I-35 and I-35 alternate routes in the San Antonio area.  The I-35 study areas include portions of Bexar and Guadalupe Counties in and around San Antonio. Highways in the study area include: Loop 410, I-10, Loop 1604 and I-35, as well as radial highways including SH 151, US 90, SH 16, US 281 and US 181.  The purpose of the I-35 studies is to gather input on and analyze the needs of travelers along I-35 in the study area.  This input and analysis can be used for future planning and improvements for I-35 and I-35 alternate routes in the study area.
