TxDOT proposes to expand I-10 from a four-lane highway to an eight-lane highway, from SH 46 to FM 3351 (Ralph Fair Road), a distance just under 10 miles in Kendall and Bexar counties, Texas. The proposed project expansion includes adding one new general purpose lane and one new High-Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) lane in each direction. Existing bridges, crossings, and overpasses will also be widened, replaced, or modified to support these improvements. This project is anticipated to take place within the existing right-of-way.

TxDOT makes every reasonable effort to accommodate the needs of the public. The public hearing will be in English. If you have a special communication accommodation or need for an interpreter, a request can be made. If you have a disability and need assistance, special arrangements can also be made to accommodate most needs. Please call (512) 685-2958 at least 2 working days prior to the public hearing. Please be aware that advance notice is requested as some accommodations may require time for TxDOT to arrange.
