Public Meeting - Proposed Amendment to FY 2019-2022 Austin Rural Transportation Improvement Program

Purpose:
The Texas Department of Transportation will conduct a public meeting to receive comments on a proposed amendment to the FY 2019-2022 Rural Transportation Improvement Program (RTIP) for Blanco, Gillespie, Llano, Lee and Mason counties. The proposed amendment will include Project US 290, from the Bastrop County line to Navarro Street in Lee County, that will reconstruct the existing 4-lane undivided roadway to 4-lane divided roadway in the FY 2019-2022 RTIP. The RTIP is a mechanism used by TxDOT and FHWA to fund projects for the next four years and includes all federally funded projects.

- Project US 290 from the Bastrop County line to Navarro Street in Lee County

Memorandum of Understanding:
The environmental review, consultation, and other actions required by applicable federal environmental laws for this project are being, or have been, carried-out by TxDOT pursuant to 23 U.S.C. 327 and a Memorandum of Understanding dated December 16, 2014, and executed by FHWA and TxDOT.
