Statewide Traffic Analysis and Reporting System (STARS II)

Statewide Traffic Analysis and Reporting System (STARS II) is a data analysis and reporting database with detailed traffic data and statistics. Annual average daily traffic data is also available on our transportation planning maps.

Disclaimer

STARS II provides public viewing of annually reported traffic data, as well as data and statistics which are not part of the annually validated data set. Data and statistics may vary according to collection type and intended use. Traffic data submitted for Highway Performance Monitoring System (HPMS) reporting is collected and reported according to federal requirements for Traffic Monitoring System and HPMS data collection, and may be calculated differently from other figures which are used to evaluate transportation system use. STARS II is a live production database. Historical data and statistics are considered final; however figures are subject to change. Please note STARS II displays mainlane and frontage road counts separately.
