Tribal histories project

These tribal reports provide a general history and identify culturally sensitive locations to assist TxDOT when developing transportation projects. The tribes participated with TxDOT in the research and writing of these reports. They are intended to be used in conjunction with a GIS layer of locations available solely to TxDOT staff through TxDOT’s Environmental Affairs Division, Cultural Resource Management staff.
