AUSTIN — Route 66 marks 100 years of adventure this year, and the Texas State Travel Guide and Texas Official Travel Map pay homage to this milestone in American travel history.

The publications’ covers feature the restored vintage Magnolia gas station in Shamrock, one of the most iconic stops along Texas’ stretch of the legendary highway.
