I-10 Widening West Project

Monday, July 13 – Friday, July 17 (As Needed)

Daily, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.

• I-10 east and westbound between Los Mochis and Mesa alternate lane closures
• North and South Desert between Los Mochis and Mesa alternate lane closures
• Entrance ramp, exit ramp, and U-turn, east and westbound between Los Mochis alternate lane closures

Crews will be working on construction punch list items.

I-10 Widening West 2 Project

Continuous Closures Until Further Notice 24/7

• Full U-turn underpass at Bridge C between Anthony and Vinton closed

Detour: Traffic on North Desert will need to proceed to Anthony, TX and utilize U-turn Bridge. Traffic on South Desert will need to proceed to Vinton, TX and utilize U-turn Bridge

Crews will be conducting Bridge Demolition and Bridge Construction on U-turns under I-10 at Bridge C

• South Desert between Valley Chile and Vinton Steel left lane closed

Detour: Traffic will be kept in one lane, with access to entrance ramp at Valley Chile, then continue in one lane of traffic until past Bridge D at Vinton Steel

Crews will be working on bridge demolition and bridge construction.

• South Desert between Transmountain and Isela Rubalcalva right lane closed
• North Desert between Transmountain and Isela Rubalcalva left lane closed

Crews will be working on roadway reconfiguration for South Desert.

• North and South Desert at the Los Mochis intersection left lane closed

Crews will be working on Los Mochis intersection.

• Campus Park intersection at South Desert closed

Crews will be conducting paving operations.

Monday, July 13 - Saturday, July 18 (As Needed)

Daily, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Nightly, 9 p.m. – 6 a.m.

• I-10 east and westbound between Anthony and Mesa alternate lane closures
• North and South Desert between Anthony and Mesa alternate lane closures

Crews will be conducting dirt work and miscellaneous removals.

Monday, July 13 - Saturday, July 18 (As Needed)

9 a.m. – 4 p.m.

• I-10 westbound Bypass lanes between Mesa and Redd full closure

Detour: Traffic will continue along North Desert, through Thorn intersection, and enter I-10 before Redd.

Crews will be completing construction on ornamental fences and landscaping at Thorn.

• I-10 eastbound Bypass lanes between Redd and Mesa full closure

Detour: Traffic will continue along South Desert, through the Thorn intersection, and enter I-10 before Mesa.

• I-10 westbound Exit Ramp 10 at Redd full closure

Detour: Traffic to exit at I-10 westbound at Mesa, proceed onto North Desert through Mesa and Thorn intersections.

Crews will be working on striping repairs.

• I-10 westbound Exit Ramp 05 at Los Mochis full closure

Detour: Traffic to exit Transmountain, proceed onto North Desert through the Transmountain intersection.

• I-10 westbound Entrance Ramp 05 at Los Mochis full closure

Detour: Traffic to proceed on North Desert through the Vinton intersection.

Continuous Closures Until Further Notice 24/7

Monday, June 1 – Beginning of August 2026 (Approx. 8-9 weeks)

• Santiago at Artcraft intersection closed

Crews will be working on a water main, storm drain, and paving.

Monday, March 9 - End of August 2026 (Approx. 5 months)

• I-10 westbound exit ramp to Transmountain closed

Crews will be working on various constructions.
