Courtyard Drive/RM 2222

This project consists of improvements to the intersection at RM 2222, including a new Diverging Diamond Interchange (DDI). This project also includes improvements to the intersection at Courtyard Drive by removing the signal on the mainlanes and replacing it with an underpass.

Closures are weather permitting and subject to change

• Northbound Courtyard Drive between northbound Loop 360 and North Scout Island Circle reduced to one lane daily
  • Through May 24, from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• Eastbound West Courtyard Drive between Bridgepoint Parkway and southbound Loop 360 reduced to one lane daily
  • Through May 31

The project was environmentally cleared in spring 2021. Utility relocation will occur prior to the beginning of construction. Construction is contingent on funding and is anticipated to begin in 2026.

Occasional lane closures may be required for utility relocation. While service interruptions are not anticipated, contact your service provider if you have any questions.
