FM 3349 en US 79
Aviso de disponibilidad de la evaluación ambiental final y la constatación de que no hay impacto significativo (FONSI)
Purpose | This notice advises the public that a final environmental assessment (EA) is available for public review, and TxDOT has issued a finding of no significant impact for the proposed FM 3349 at US 79 project, from County Road 404 to County Road 395 in Williamson County, Texas. |
Description | The proposed project would include widening the existing undivided two‐lane FM 3349 and CR 101 roadways into a four‐lane divided roadway, constructing an elevated crossing over US 79 and the Union Pacific Railroad, and constructing a local access road “jug handle” to provide connectivity between US 79 and FM 3349/CR 101. The FONSI and approved final EA are on file and available for inspection Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. at the Williamson County Road and Bridge office at 3151 S. E. Inner Loop, Suite B, Georgetown, Texas 78626, and online at wilco.org/FM3349. For further information or to request a copy of the FONSI and/or approved final EA, please contact Williamson County at (512) 943-1195 or roads@wilco.org. The FONSI and EA are written in English. If you need an interpreter or document translator because English is not your primary language or you have difficulty communicating effectively in English, one will be provided to you. If you have a disability and need assistance, special arrangements can be made to accommodate most needs. If you need interpretation or translation services or you are a person with a disability who requires an accommodation to review the FONSI or EA, please contact the Williamson County Public Information Office at roads@wilco.org or (512) 943-1195, no later than 4 p.m. CT, at least three business days before the date on which you would like to review the FONSI or EA. Please be aware that advance notice is required as some services and accommodations may require time to arrange. |
