Transit Administrative Amendments

Federal planning regulations (23 CFR Part 450) allow states and Metropolitan Planning Organizations (MPOs) to make minor adjustments to TIPs and STIPs without a formal public involvement process at either the local or state level.

For transit, these amendments may be accomplished via correspondence with TxDOT.
