TxDOT’s I-35 NEX South Phase 3 Project, a Design-Bid-Build project, consists of .8 mile of non-tolled improvements along I-35/I-410 South Interchange to FM 78.

The I-35 NEX South Phase 3 Project is currently under design. The estimated project cost of the I-35 NEX South Phase 3 project is $66M.
