Oak Hill Parkway lane closures

Construction is ongoing. Neighbors should expect an increase in noise, vibration, dust and lighting. All closures are subject to change and weather permitting.

US 290

  • Eastbound US 290 right lane closed between El Rey Boulevard and RM 1826.
    • 1/19 - 1/22 & 1/26 - 1/29 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.
    • 1/23 & 1/30 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
  • Eastbound US 290 right lane closed between Hill Oaks Drive and William Cannon Drive.
    • 1/26 - 1/29 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.
    • 1/30 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
  • Eastbound US 290 right lane closed between Convict Hill Road and Wolfcreek Pass.
    • 1/26 - 1/29 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.
    • 1/30 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
  • Eastbound US 290 right lane closed between RM 1826 and Convict Hill Road.
    • 1/27 - 1/29 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.

  • East-to-west US 290 U-turn closed at Scenic Brook Drive.  Drivers will detour to east-to-west RM 1826 U-turn.
    • 1/21 5 a.m. to 2/4 5 p.m.
  • Continuous Closure: Eastbound US 290 frontage road left lane closed between Old Fredericksburg Road and Monterey Oaks Boulevard.
    • Through early 2026
  • Continuous Closure: Northbound Convict Hill Road between eastbound US 290 and westbound US 290.
    • Through early-to-mid 2026
  • Continuous Closure: Southbound Convict Hill Road between westbound US 290 and eastbound US 290.
    • Through early-to-mid 2026
  • Continuous Full Closure: Westbound US 290 frontage road between Scenic Brook Drive and Thunderbird Road. Drivers will detour to east-to-west RM 1826 U-turn to reach westbound US 290.
    • 1/21 5 a.m. to 2/4 5 p.m.
  • Westbound US 290 left lane closed with rolling full closures between Old Bee Caves Road and SH 71. Closures should last no more than 15 minutes at a time.
    • 1/28 - 1/29 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.
      1/30 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
  • Westbound US 290 right-turn lane closed at SH 71. Drivers can make a right turn from the through lane.
    • 1/28 - 1/29 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.
    • 1/30 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
  • Westbound US 290 right lane closed between Hudson Loop and Circle Drive.
    • 1/27 - 1/29 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.
      1/30 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
  • Westbound US 290 right lane closed between Rosson Drive and Thunderbird Road.
    • 2/2 - 2/5 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.
    • 2/6 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
  • Continuous Closure: Southbound Patton Ranch Road at westbound US 290. Drivers will detour to William Cannon Drive. 
    • Through early 2026
  • Continuous Closure: Northbound William Cannon Drive one lane closed between westbound US 290 and NXP driveway.
    • Through early-to-mid 2026
  • Continuous Closure: Southbound William Cannon Drive one lane closed between NXP driveway and westbound US 290.

SH 71

  • Eastbound SH 71 left lane closed with rolling full closures between Scenic Brook Drive and US 290. Closures should last no more than 15 minutes at a time.
    • 1/26 - 1/29 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.
    • 1/30 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
  • East-to-west SH 71 U-turn closed at US 290. Drivers will detour to the east-to-west William Cannon Drive U-turn.
    • 1/26 - 1/30 11 p.m. to 4 a.m.
  • Center of the Hills/Oak Hill Plaza crossover closed at eastbound SH 71.
    • Through early spring 2026
  • Eastbound SH 71 left-turn lane closed at Oak Hill Plaza.
    • Through early spring 2026
  • Westbound SH 71 left lane closed with rolling full closures between Center of the Hills and Scenic Brook Drive. Closures should last no more than 15 minutes at a time.
    • 1/26 - 1/29 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.
    • 1/30 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
  • West-to-east SH 71 U-turn closed at Scenic Brook Drive. Drivers wil detour to the west-to-east U-turn at Fletcher Lane.
    • 1/26 - 1/30 11 p.m. to 4 a.m.
  • Westbound SH 71 reduced to one lane with rolling full closures between US 290 and center of the Hills. Closures should last no more than 15 minutes at a time.
    • 1/28 - 1/29 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.
    • 1/30 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
  • Center of the Hills/Oak Hill Plaza crossover closed at westbound SH 71.
