Authorization to issue

The Texas Transportation Commission authorized the issuance of a request for proposals on August 30, 2018 in Minute Order 115304.

TxDOT issued a request for proposals (RFP) to the shortlisted teams for the design, construction and maintenance of the I-2/I-69C Interchange Project on November 7, 2018 and issued four subsequent addenda. These documents are available below.
