Authorization to issue

The Texas Transportation Commission approved the ability to issue a request for qualifications for the project with Minute Order 115221 on May 24, 2018. 

RFQ documents

Texas Register Notice 43TX3834 announced the issuance of the RFQ to interested parties on June 8, 2018. Following the initial issuance on June 8th, TxDOT provided 2 subsequent addenda to potential proposers. These documents are available below.
