Loop 375 Border Highway West Extension - request for proposals (RFP)

On August 22, 2014, TxDOT officials executed a design-build agreement for the design, construction and comprehensive maintenance of the Loop 375 Border Highway West Extension Project in El Paso.

TxDOT is pleased to present a request for proposals (RFP) to the shortlisted teams for the design, construction and maintenance of the Border Highway West Extension Project.
