Saltwater pipeline leasing

TxDOT’s Saltwater Pipeline Leasing Program makes it possible for TxDOT to lease any highway right of way not currently needed for highway purposes to saltwater pipeline operators. This program applies to longitudinal placement and does not change TxDOT’s crossings policy.
