Short list announced

On Feb. 23, 2012, TxDOT announced the short list of the most qualified teams to compete for the Grand Parkway Project Design-Build contract. The teams will be invited to submit a detailed proposal.

RFQ update

The opportunity to submit a response to the RFQ closed at 3 p.m. CST on Feb. 1, 2012. A total of 12 qualifications submittals were received: seven (7) for design-build delivery approach and five (5) for toll concession delivery approach. A listing of submitter names and major equity members is available for review.

RFQ information

TxDOT is seeking qualifications submittals (QS) from teams interested in entering into a Public-Private Partnership Agreement (P3A) for the portion of the Grand Parkway in Harris and Montgomery counties.
