In accordance with Texas Government Code, Chapter 2205 (state laws and regulations), TxDOT Flight Services currently operates a fleet of seven aircraft based at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (ABIA). These aircraft support safe, efficient travel for state and federal officials, employees, and government contractors as they carry out official business for the State of Texas.

Pre-flight

• Submit a flight request form.
• Expect response from Flight Scheduling Coordinator within 24 hours, providing cost estimate and any other pertinent information.

Check-in

• Arrive at TXDOT Flight Services at least 30 minutes prior to ensure a timely departure.
• Luggage capacity and limitations.
• Individual travelers will complete an affidavit on-site prior to boarding.

Post-flight

• Services invoice provided within 15 days via email with a remittance address.
