Update - RFQ
Please see official notice below regarding the SH 183 Managed Lanes RFQ released April 30, 2013.
On Jan. 31, 2013, the Texas Transportation Commission authorized the department to issue a RFQ to develop, design, construct, finance, maintain, and operate all or part of the SH 183 Managed Lanes Project comprised of improvements to SH 183 from SH 121 to I-35E and any additional connecting facilities that are necessary for connectivity and financing purposes.
Request for Qualifications
TxDOT is seeking qualifications statements (QS) from teams interested in entering into a public-private partnership agreement (P3A) in response to a RFQ to develop, design, construct, finance, operate, and maintain tolled managed lanes, general purpose lanes, and associated facilities along State Highway 183 from State Highway 121 to Interstate Highway 35E in Dallas and Tarrant Counties.
