Request for detailed proposals
On October 25, 2007, the Texas Transportation Commission authorized the issuance of the request for detailed proposals to the shortlisted proposer teams. The original issuance of the RFP was on March 31, 2008 and Addendum 8 was distributed to proposers on March 6, 2009.
