Purpose:
TxDOT will host a public meeting to present the proposed roadway improvements for LP 463 from Mockingbird Lane to BU 59T in Victoria County, Texas. The public meeting will be held in an open house format with no formal presentation.
Description:
The proposed improvements include constructing eastbound one-way frontage roads and reconfiguring existing ramps at BU 59T on the east and west sides. The proposed project would improve mobility and safety on this section of roadway. All proposed work would take place within the existing right of way.
The purpose of the meeting is to gather public input on the proposed improvements. The public is invited to view project maps, visit with team members, ask questions and share comments on the proposed project. Comments may be submitted using any of the following methods:
- Written comment card submitted at the meeting
- Written comments submitted by mail, email or fax after the meeting

Faxed comments will also be accepted at (361) 293-4372. Written comments must be postmarked, faxed or emailed by Nov. 17, 2016, for inclusion in the public meeting record.

The environmental review, consultation and other actions required by applicable federal environmental laws for this project are being, or have been, carried out by TxDOT pursuant to 23 U.S.C. 327 and a Memorandum of Understanding dated Dec. 16, 2014, and executed by FHWA and TxDOT.
