Notice of Availability - US 77 Finding of No Significant Impact

Purpose: TxDOT is advising the public of the availability of the Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) for the proposed improvements to US 77 from 1.04 miles west of US 87 to 0.52 mile east of FM 1685 in Victoria, Victoria County.
   
Description: Copies of the FONSI, the Notice Affording Opportunity For Public Hearing Summary and the approved Environmental Assessment (EA) for this project are available for public inspection and reproduction at the following locations:

The environmental review, consultation, and other actions required by applicable federal environmental laws for this project are being, or have been, carried out by TxDOT pursuant to 23 U.S.C. 327 and a Memorandum of Understanding dated Dec. 16, 2014, and executed by FHWA and TxDOT.
