Public Hearing - Rosewood Drive from Riverstone Drive to Chaparral Road

Purpose:
TxDOT in conjunction with the City of Killeen, as joint lead agencies, are hosting a public hearing to gather public input regarding the extension of Rosewood Drive from Riverstone Drive to Chaparral Road.
Description:
The proposed project would extend Rosewood Drive 0.6 mile from its current location (Riverstone Drive) to Chaparral Road as a four-lane roadway with a continuous turn lane. This project would traverse the floodplain of Trimmier Creek and would include a bridge 284 feet long. Although additional right of way is required, no residential or non-residential structures would be displaced.
