Open House - I-14 - US 190

Purpose:
The purpose of the open house is to solicit public comments regarding the proposed expansion of I-14/US 190 from FM 2410 (at Simmons Road) to I-35 in Belton. The meeting will be an open house format so citizens may come and go at their convenience, and staff will be available to answer questions.
Description:
The proposed project would widen US 190 from four to six lanes by adding the third lane of through traffic in the existing median. Entrance and exit ramps would also be adjusted. No additional right of way would be required.

The environmental review, consultation and other actions required by applicable federal environmental laws for this project are being, or have been carried-out by TxDOT pursuant to 23 U.S.C 327 and a Memorandum of Understanding dated December 16, 2014, and executed by the Federal Highway Administration and TxDOT.
