Open House - FM 2275 from FM 3272 in White Oak East to SH 300 in Longview

Purpose:
TxDOT invites you to an open house to review and comment on the preferred alternative for the project. The project’s limits are from FM 3272 in White Oak, east to SH 300 in Longview. Staff will be on hand to answer questions and provide information. There will be no formal presentation, so citizens are encouraged to come and go at their convenience.

The environmental review, consultation and other actions required by applicable Federal environmental laws for this project are being, or have been, carried out by the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) pursuant to 23 U.S.C. 327 and a Memorandum of Understanding dated Dec. 16, 2014, and executed by the Federal Highway Administration and TxDOT.
Description:
Improvements to FM 2275 from FM 3272 East to SH 300 are intended to ease congestion and improve safety. The proposed work includes widening the existing two lane pavement structure to four lanes with a flush median. This project will require new right-of-way from adjacent property owners.
