| Purpose: | The purpose of this meeting is to share information about the current US 175 corridor improvements with citizens, local officials and emergency responders. TxDOT staff and our project partners will be on hand to share the latest construction schedules, ultimate highway configuration and to respond to project related questions. | ||
| Description: | TxDOT is currently reconstructing the US 175 corridor from Baxter to Frankston, converting the existing two lanes to a four-lane divided highway. Once complete, the corridor will be a four-lane divided highway all the way from Frankston to the Kaufman County Line. Estimated construction cost is $105 million. Expected completion is Winter 2019. The US 175 corridor improvements are being completed in three project phases:
