| Purpose: | TxDOT invites citizens to view exhibits of the proposed safety improvements to FM 1957 (Potranco Road) from Loop 1604 to FM 3487 (Culebra Road) in San Antonio. Members of the project development team and engineering consultants will be available to answer questions. No formal presentation will be given. Attendees are invited to come and go at their convenience. Persons interested in attending who have special communication or accommodation needs, or need an interpreter, are encouraged to call (210) 615-5811 at least three working days prior to the meeting. Every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate these needs. |

| Description: | Currently FM 1957 (Potranco Rd) from Loop 1604 to FM 3487 (Culebra Road) is a four-lane divided road with center left-turn lanes. The proposed safety project includes installing raised concrete medians at select locations to reduce the number of permitted left-turns. The installation of raised medians will improve safety and mobility for the FM 1957 corridor. | ||
