Open House – Kendall Gateway Study

Purpose:
The purpose of the open house is to discuss the status of the Kendall Gateway Study, a feasibility study that has been undertaken to identify potential alternatives to relieve traffic congestion in Kendall County, Texas. The open house will have no formal presentation and attendees can come-and-go at their convenience. Study Team members, as well as staff from TxDOT, Kendall County, and the City of Boerne, will be on hand to discuss the feasibility study and answer questions.
Description:
TxDOT will be presenting and discussing the preliminary results of the traffic study, public input, and reasonable alternatives. Maps showing the study area, reasonable alternatives, and environmental constraints will be available for viewing at the Open House.

Comments must be received or postmarked by Dec. 4, 2017 to be included in the Open House Summary.
The environmental review, consultation and other actions required by applicable federal environmental laws for this project are being, or have been, carried out by TxDOT pursuant to 23 U.S.C. 327 and a Memorandum of Understanding dated December 16, 2014, and executed by FHWA and TxDOT.
