| Purpose: | TxDOT is advising the public of the availability of the Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) for the proposed Callaghan Road improvement project. |
| Description: | Copies of the FONSI, approved Environmental Assessment (EA), Public Hearing Summary Report and Analysis and Certification of Public Involvement are available for viewing at the City of San Antonio Transportation and Capital Improvements (TCI) Department, Horizontal Division: 114 W. Commerce, Room 503 The environmental review, consultation, and other actions required by applicable Federal environmental laws for this project are being, or have been, carried-out by TxDOT pursuant to 23 U.S.C. 327 and a Memorandum of Understanding dated Dec. 16, 2014, and executed by FHWA and TxDOT. |
