| Description: | The proposed project includes reconstructing and widening the existing two-lane rural road to a six-lane urban road from Auburn Ave. (Mile 5) to Buddy Owens Blvd. (Mile 3). The project would consist of six travel lanes, shoulders, a raised median, sidewalks and drainage improvements. |
