Notice of Availability - SH 365 Finding of No Significant Impact

Purpose: TxDOT is advising the public of the availability of the Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) for the proposed SH 365 project.
   
Description: Copies of the FONSI, approved Environmental Assessment (EA) and Public Hearing Summary and Analysis Report are available for public inspection and reproduction at the Hidalgo County Regional Mobility Authority Offices, located on the fourth floor at:

118 S. Cage Blvd.
Pharr, TX

The environmental review, consultation, and other actions required by applicable federal environmental laws for this project are being, or have been, carried out by TxDOT pursuant to 23 U.S.C. 327 and a Memorandum of Understanding dated Dec. 16, 2014, and executed by FHWA and TxDOT.
