Notice of Availability - Hurricane Lane/Lake Olympia Parkway Finding of No Significant Impact

Purpose: TxDOT is advising the public of the availability of the Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) for the extension of Hurricane Lane/Lake Olympia Parkway from Fort Bend Parkway to Trammel-Fresno Road in Fort Bend County, Texas.
   
Description: Copies of the FONSI, approved Environmental Assessment (EA) and public hearing documentation are available for public inspection and reproduction at the following location:

The environmental review, consultation, and other actions required by applicable federal environmental laws for this project are being, or have been, carried out by TxDOT pursuant to 23 U.S.C. 327 and a Memorandum of Understanding dated Dec. 16, 2014, and executed by FHWA and TxDOT.
