| Description: | The Texas Transportation Commission has determined a proposal submitted by Blueridge Transportation Group provides the apparent best value for the SH 288 Toll Lanes in Harris County Project. The public hearing for disclosure of financial information is a step in the negotiations necessary to finalize the comprehensive development agreement. The project extends approximately 10.3 miles from US 59 south to approximately the Harris/Brazoria county line at Clear Creek. Proposed improvements include:
