East-West Connector (Rental Car Drive) from SH 360 to International Parkway
Notice of finding of no significant impact
|Purpose||This notice advises the public that the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) has issued a finding of no significant impact (FONSI) for the proposed East-West Connector (Rental Car Drive) and that the FONSI is available for public review.|
The proposed project would construct a new location roadway from SH 360 to International Parkway in Tarrant County, Texas.
The FONSI and approved final environmental assessment (EA) are on file and available for inspection Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. at Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport, Design, Code, and Construction Office, 3003 S. Service Road, DFW Airport, Texas 7526.

|Memorandum of Understanding||The environmental review, consultation, and other actions required by applicable Federal environmental laws for this project are being, or have been, carried-out by TxDOT pursuant to 23 U.S.C. 327 and a Memorandum of Understanding dated Dec. 9, 2019, and executed by the Federal Highway Administration and TxDOT.|
