Purpose: The purpose of the hearing is to disclose financial information for SH 360, a design-build toll facility project. TxDOT is currently negotiating a Design Build Agreement with Lane-Abrams Joint Venture to design, construct, operate and maintain 9.7 miles of SH 360, generally from Green Oaks Blvd. to US 287 through Tarrant, Johnson and Ellis counties.

Description: The SH 360 project will add two toll lanes in each direction from approximately two miles south of I-20 near East Sublett Road/West Camp Wisdom Road to East Broad Street and one toll lane in each direction with periodic passing lanes from East Broad Street to US 287. In addition, the project will provide intersection enhancements and frontage road improvements that would deliver continuous non-tolled frontage roads throughout the corridor. The project also includes optional work, which would extend the two main lanes in each direction to US 287 and would grade-separate US 287 main lanes with SH 360 frontage roads. Construction is expected to begin in the fall of 2015 and reach substantial completion in late 2017.
