The proposed ROW width will range from 120 feet to 300 feet wide. The proposed project passes through the eastern portion of the City of Midlothian and Ellis County, Texas. If you need an interpreter or document translator because English is not your primary language or you have difficulty communicating effectively in English, one will be provided to you.
