| Purpose: | A public hearing to present the anticipated social, economic and environmental effects of the proposed project: the reconstructing, widening and realigning of FM 2514 for a distance of approximately three miles from FM 2551 to east of Lavon Parkway in Collin County. TxDOT staff will be available to answer questions during the open house. |

| Description: | The proposed improvements consist of reconstructing, widening, and realigning existing FM 2514 from a two-lane, undivided, rural roadway to a six-lane divided, urban roadway for a distance of approximately three miles. Plans include:
