Public Hearing - I-35W Frontage Roads from Eagle Parkway to SH 114

Open House: 6 p.m.
Hearing: 7 p.m.
   
Purpose: The purpose of the meeting is to present proposed improvements to a 2.2-mile-long section of I-35W from Eagle Parkway to SH 114 in Denton County. People can view displays of the project starting at 6 p.m. with the formal hearing starting at 7 p.m.
   
Description: The proposed project would include:
  • One-way frontage roads in both directions, including a five-foot-wide sidewalk on both sides
  • Reconstruction and relocation of exit and entrance ramps
  • Approximately 27.2 acres of additional right of way and 0.1 acres of drainage easement to accommodate the improvements
