Public Meeting - Proposed Improvements to US 380, Denton County

| Purpose: | To present the proposed improvements to US 380 from Loop 288 to West of CR 26 (Denton/Collin County Line) in Denton County, Texas. | ||
| Description: | The proposed project would include reconstruction and widening of existing US 380 from a 4-lane undivided rural to a 6-lane divided urban roadway consisting of two 12-foot-wide inside travel lanes and one 14-foot-wide outside shared-use lane (for bicycle accommodation) with raised median and curb and gutter in each direction. The proposed roadway also would include intersection improvements at designated locations. Left- and right-turn lanes would be added at designated locations. In addition, interchanges are also being proposed. A minimum of 5-foot sidewalk would also be located along the outer lanes of the roadway. | ||
