| Purpose: | The Midtown Express team will host a public open house regarding construction on SH 183, SH 114 and Loop 12 in Dallas and Tarrant counties. | ||
| Description: | The nearly 28-mile Midtown Express project will increase capacity by adding TEXpress (toll managed) lanes and will reconstruct portions of main lanes and frontage roads on SH 183, SH 114 and Loop 12. Construction started in the spring of 2015 and will reach substantial completion in 2018. | ||
