| Purpose: | The purpose of the meeting is to receive comments on the FY 2017-2020 Rural Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) for the Childress district. |
| Description: | The TIP is a mechanism used by TxDOT and the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) to fund projects for the next four years and includes all federally funded projects. The Childress District staff will receive comments on the FY 2017-2020 Rural TIP for Briscoe, Childress, Collingsworth, Cottle, Dickens, Donley, Foard, Hall, Hardeman, King, Knox, Motley and Wheeler. TxDOT welcomes verbal and written comments from the public. Present written comments in person, by email or by mail to TxDOT Childress District, 7599 US 287 Childress, TX 79201-0900.
