TxDOT TRF-BTS is responsible for:
- Following up with subgrantees that have not submitted the required single audit reports or statements that they are not required to submit a single audit report, or that have audit findings to be resolved.
- Imposing sanctions, when necessary, on subgrantees that prevent TRF-BTS from obtaining, reviewing, and resolving audit reports in a timely manner by not submitting these documents by their due dates and/or when requested by TRF-BTS.
