Example Signing for Left Lane Restriction

If a left lane restriction is established, the NO TRUCKS LEFT LANE sign should be mounted as close to the left lane as possible as shown in Figure 5-8. The sign can be mounted on:
  • an overhead sign bridge or cantilever
  • a large roadside sign support
  • a tower of an overhead sign bridge or cantilever.
