The LG and TxDOT will each designate a “project manager” for the project. A project manager is responsible for the daily oversight of the project and is the primary point of contact with the other agency for day-to-day matters. The LG’s project manager may be the same person as the LG’s RPIC, a different employee of the LG or may be a consultant.
