Differing Site Conditions
Conditions for construction projects may differ from the original contract documents due to changes in physical site conditions, contractor work requirements or alterations to the design. The LG is responsible for including the appropriate differing site condition language in the bid document and coordinating closely with the TxDOT district regarding changed conditions encountered during construction.
