RRD has coordinated with the Union Pacific Railroad and accepted a modified Right of Entry Agreement. TxDOT Construction Division will obtain the Right of Entry Agreement on behalf of the contractor. Note: For renewals, contact the district railroad coordinator for assistance. The district railroad coordinator will also reach out to RRD for assistance. For other railroad companies, the contractor is required to obtain the Right of Entry Agreement directly with the affected railroad.
