Overview

Eligible expenses for a person who is required to move personal property from real property but is not required to move from a dwelling (including a mobile home), business, farm or NPO. Include those expenses described in Chapter 11,
except for:
  • temporary lodging and meals,
  • rental application assistance,
  • moving estimates,
  • negotiated self-move, and
  • fixed room count schedule.
Methods of determining reimbursement are limited to the options listed in Section 2.
